Recently we posted about the Brisbane Writers Festival which is taking place between 7 - 11 September. We thought we'd post a reminder about the WORD PLAY segment of the festival which is for young readers, writers and illustrators. It promises to capture students' imaginations and hearts while providing a curriculum-relevant experience with books and writing, incorporating workshops on creative writing and illustrating.
